We are commited to acurately describing and selling only genuine specimens but appreciate there are times when there may be the need to return a purchase.

Unwanted purchases/Your right to cancel

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the best method of return. We will refund in full, the purchase price of all items returned in the condition in which they were sent. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Damaged/not as described

If any item arrives damaged or is found not to be as described, we are happy to accept them back within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us, to arrange the best method of return. We will refund in full along with any return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned items.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our returns policies.
