Dinosaurs and Fossils Limited are committed to protecting your privacy.  We only use the information you provide to process your order.  We do not share or sell the information you provide to us with any outside company or third party.

Use of Information

When you place an order we only receive the information you provide - name, address, mailing address, product details and contact telephone numbers.  Your chosen contact number is only used by our chosen courier in case of delivery difficulties.  We do not receive your credit card details, our payment provider processes these on our behalf.

We may use the information you provide to notify you of changes to our website, latest offers, products or services which we think you may find of interest.  Such offers will be sent via email and/or Royal Mail.  We do not and will not contact you with such offers by telephone or SMS messages.  You may opt out of receiving emails or postal offers by contacting us at sales@dinosaursandfossils.co.uk with Unsubscribe as the message subject.

We do not sell, trade or hire out your personal information to others and will not do so at any future date.

Dinosaurs and Fossils Limited use cookies to keep track of the items you have placed in your shopping cart.  This allows customers to leave our site and return at a later date with those items previously placed in their shopping cart still in place.   When you complete your order those cookies are deleted.

Our site uses software to track the shopping patterns of visitors to enable us to improve our site and range of products.  This tracking is completely anonymous and does not identify the individual users name or details in any way.
