Excellent quality genuine complete fossil fish from the famaous Green River Formation in Wyoming. Without any repair or restoration these specimens are completley natural with no colourwash.

Fish often leave only a slight impression over their bones in the matrix without any colour. These fish have been excellently preserved - the fish would have been quickly covered by sediment after death preventing rapid soft tissue decay - the slower process of decomposition allowed the natural preservation of the soft tissue resulting in these A grade natural specimens - no paint - no colourwash!
