Delivery Information

We have been shipping rare and fragile fossils throughout the world for 25 years and our packing expertise ensures the safe delivery of all our fossils, however delicate.

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 days of receipt of cleared payment, usually within 24 hours. 

Depending upon size and weight, all UK orders are shipped by either Royal Mail or Next WORKING Day Courier service.

International orders below 2kg are shipped by Royal Mail, packages over 2kg are shipped by DHL Courier.

A tracking number will be provided on despatch, to allow online tracking.

If you require an alternative shipping method, for more urgent consignments or wholesale purchases including collection in person, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to local customs charges and taxation. Please ensure you are aware of any such charges as we cannot be held responsible for custom charges and they are not included in any items cost.
